Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. PayPal or prepaid-card payments arranged through support are handled by the relevant provider. To request a refund, email us at support@eggwatch.gg with the email address used for your order and your Order ID. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported.

We will always help if

• Your payment confirmed but no key was issued.
• Your key was rejected by the Discord bot and has never been redeemed.
• The service was down for the majority of your access window.

In those cases we issue a replacement key or a refund, at your choice. For crypto orders, refunds are sent in the coin you paid with.

Underpayments

If the crypto amount received is lower than the quoted amount, the order stays pending. Contact support with your email address and we will complete or refund it.
