Privacy Policy
This privacy notice explains how Nexora Labs, the operator of Egg Watch ("we", "us"), handles your personal data. Nexora Labs is the data controller for the data described here. We collect as little as possible: an email address and the details of your order.
What we store and why
Your email address, the package you bought, the amount, the payment method and coin used, the payment status, and the access key issued to you. If you redeem a key, we also store the Discord user ID it was redeemed by. We use this to create and deliver your order (performance of our contract with you), provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse (our legitimate interest), and improve the service (our legitimate interest).
Transaction security
When you start an order we record the network (IP) address the request came from, taken from the connection itself and never from scripts running in your browser. We use it only for fraud prevention, duplicate-order detection, abuse prevention, transaction security and customer support. It is never shown publicly, is visible only to our administrators, is never used as a login, and is never treated as proof of who you are — addresses are often shared between people.
We never ask for or store Roblox passwords, Roblox cookies or authentication tokens, Discord tokens, or wallet private keys. If anyone asks you for those, it is not us.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. PayPal or prepaid-card options requested by support ticket are handled through the relevant payment provider. We never ask for or store your card number or wallet credentials.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that run the site: hosting, database, email delivery and AI support tooling.
- NOWPayments, for crypto payment processing.
- PayPal or a prepaid-card provider, only when you request that option through support.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities, where required by law.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for transaction records). Support messages are kept while your request is active. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@eggwatch.gg and we will respond within one month.
How it is protected
Payment records and keys are stored in a private database that the public website cannot read, protected by encryption and access controls. Only our administrators can view them.
Lucky Wheel
The free Lucky Wheel is limited to a number of spins per day. To enforce that limit we store a one-way hashed version of your network address together with the spin date and the outcome. We do not store your raw IP address for the game, and the hash cannot be used to identify you. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC.
AI support chat
Messages you send to the AI support assistant are forwarded to our AI provider to generate a reply. Do not share passwords or wallet details in the chat. The assistant cannot see your payments or keys.
Cookies
We use only essential storage needed to run the checkout (for example, remembering an in-progress order). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Contact and deletion
Email support@eggwatch.gg to exercise your rights or to have your email address removed from our records once your access window has ended.
